Dinner For Breakfast

I've been on this dinner for breakfast kick recently. This morning it was a thick slice of meatloaf, potato wedges, and 2 chocolate chip cookies - all homemade! Yesterday it was the same but I also had some crackers dipped in leftover jalepeno artichoke dip. The day before that? Pad thai. These breakfasts, as opposed to sugary cereal (my fave is Cinnamon Toast Crunch) or waffles topped with peanut butter and syrup, actually lasts me through til lunch. Whereas, I used to require hearty mid-morning snacks like this. My scale also says I've lost 3 pounds since Friday. Huhmm.... I may be on to something here!
