Taking a little mid-morning break to enjoy my rather Italian mid-morning snack:
A little prosciutto e melone, 1 hard-boiled egg, a slice of cheese and 1 homemade biscotti dipped in Nutella. All while listening to Andrea Bocelli.
And, yes, this is my snack. Breakfast was at 6:30 and lunch is at noon. No wonder my mom always complains that their grocery bill doubles when I visit.
